The Minister for Works, Dr John Pombe Magufuli has today visited Kigamboni Bridge project to observe how the construction goes on.

Dr Magufuli, speaking at the construction site, said the government believes that the constructor will make sure the projects is completed on time as according to the contract, the constructor has time frame of 36 months to complete Kigamboni bridge.
In his official visit, Dr Magufuli was accompanied by Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner, Said Mecky Sadick, Kigamboni Province legislator, Dr Faustine Ndungulile and NSSF officials.
Kigamboni Bridge is constructed by China Railway Engineering Company costing Tsh 214 Bil and will be ready in 2015.
